Introduced to the world on March 11, 1994, Cory Cacciavillani has grown up in the small town of Leamington, Ontario, Canada, home of the "giant tomato." Growing up, Cory has always shown an interest in sports and enjoys playing soccer, baseball, competitive hockey among others. However since 2004, this teenager has been heavily involved in the very competitive sport of go-kart racing. His introduction came after trying out his friends kart. From there, the rest is history as the following season the Cacciavillani family was knee-deep in the sport.

Starting out in his home town at the Point Pelee Karting Club(PPKC), Cory has earned many championships along the way, with this past season(2009) being his best yet. Kicking off the regional season, Cory scored a double-victory in Sutton, Ontario. Adding more podium finishes at the next two events, Cory and the CF Racing Team displayed one of the most dominant performances in history at the Ontario Grand Nationals when he won four of a possible five coveted "Bears." From there, Cory eventually had to settle for two vice-championships. However he returned home to capture two more club championships at PPKC. Also in 2009, Cory was selected to test a formula car in the "Hinchtown.ca Canadian Karting Award" as well he tested a Formula BMW car with Team Autotecnica as part of their Junior Program.

The team has travelled all over the North America to contend in many different events including the Florida Winter Tour, SKUSA SuperNationals, Brian Stewart Racing Karting Championship and the Canadian Karting Championships.

Off the track Cory is a very relaxed individual. Never showing too much emotion, you will usually find him focused on the task at hand and the the big picture in thought. He is a true gentleman to his friends, family and fellow racers. Cory is an honour-roll student Cardinal Carter High School with plans to study the Science of Agriculture at the University of Guelph after completing high school.
